The other day it was - once again - NOMA won the title of world's best restaurent. Congratulations to NOMA, to Copenhagen, to Denmark, to Scandinavia and to Space Copenhagen.
Space Copenhagen – established in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. They did the Interior design, not only for NOMA, but also Geranium, owned by Bóchuse D’or winner Rasmus Kofoed and Geist, run by Michelin star chef Bo Bech and Balthazar D'Angleterre Champagne bar. Just to mension a few.
